Adler Realty Services marks 21,000sf in leases

ORLANDO - The Orlando office of Adler Realty Services started 2010 by negotiating four Central Florida leases in January totaling 21,148sf.

The first was a one-year, 6,360sf lease of warehouse and office space for Proxy Management in the Donegan-Smith Warehouses, 2350 Smith St., Kissimmee. Scott Lloyd and Dana Yockey of Adler Realty Services represented the landlord.

The second was a 22.5 month, 2,500sf lease of office and warehouse space for Merchspin Inc. in the Eastpoint Business Center, 7600 Stapoint Court, Winter Park. Scott Lloyd of Adler Realty Services represented Merchspin, and Wilson McDowell of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord.

The third was a two-year, 9,205sf lease of warehouse and office space for Clean the World Foundation in the Sunport Commerce Center, 8026 Sunport Drive, Orlando. Lloyd represented the landlord.

The fourth was a three-year, 3,083sf lease of warehouse and office space for Jams Management in the Sunport Commerce Center, 8018 Sunport Dr., Orlando. Lloyd represented the landlord.
