Adler Realty Services brokers two new leases

ORLANDO - Adler Realty Services recently negotiated two leases in Orlando totaling more than 14,000sf.

The first was a one-year, 12,084sf lease of warehouse and office space for Gilmore Products, an automotive part wholesaler, at 460 27th St. in Orlando. Scott Lloyd of Adler Realty Services represented the landlord.

The second was a two-year, 2,500sf lease of office and warehouse space for Conchita Foods, a Miami-based food product distributor, at 1215 E. Landstreet Road in Orlando. Lloyd represented Conchita Foods, and Jim Bankston represented the landlord.
