Colliers Arnold brokers take home CCIM honors
ORLANDO - Colliers Arnold’s commercial real estate professionals were well represented at the 2009 CCIM Central District Annual Appreciation and Awards Banquet in Orlando. The Central District of the Florida CCIM Chapter held this event at Dubsdread Country Club. More than 80 members and guests were in attendance.
Several Colliers Arnold brokers were granted awards and recognitions for their achievements this past year.
Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM, retail and land specialist for Colliers Arnold, was named CCIM of the Year for the Central Florida CCIM District, the largest district in the Florida Chapter. This honor is given to a CCIM designee each year based on the recommendations of the most recent CCIM of the Year award winner along with the collective votes from all previous winners.
Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, director of investment sales, won the Largest Investment Deal of the Year Award. Shelton, who is the current state president for Florida Realtors, a past president of the Florida Chapter and a past president of the National CCIM Institute, was also selected to attend The United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
Matt Sullivan, CCIM, vice president and managing director, and J. Wilson McDowell, CCIM, industrial specialist for Colliers Arnold, won the Largest Industrial Lease of the Year Award. The lease was for 252,000sf of warehouse space for Office Depot in the Crossroads Distribution Center. Colliers Arnold represented the landlord, Colony Realty Partners.
