Southern Commercial closes 5,600sf lease

ORLANDO - Moses L. Salcido, SIOR, a principal of locally-owned Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC, announced that Mega Imports signed a four-year, 5,600sf lease at Airport Distribution Center II at 8870 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando. Salcido represented the landlord, DCT Industrial, and the tenant was represented by Ron Encarnacion of RDE Realty LLC, Orlando.
