Southern Commercial lands 31,000sf lease

ORLANDO - Tom McFadden, SIOR, and William “Bo” Bradford Jr., CCIM, SIOR, principals of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC, announced that Carolina Mattress signed a five-year, 31,500sf lease at Orlando Central Park at 2900 Titan Row, Orlando.

McFadden and Bradford represented the landlord, RREEF, and the tenant was represented by Jonathan Moore of Acquisition Consultants, Orlando.
