Carter & Associates reports new transactions

ORLANDO - Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc. reported the following recent deals:

- Cornerstone at Lake Hart Ltd. recently sold its one-acre McDonald’s leased outparcel to Nova Lot 4 LLC for $1,133,200 cash. The McDonald’s is in Cornerstone at Lake Hart Ltd.’s Publix-anchored shopping center at Narcoossee Road (Highway 15) and Moss Park Road in Orange County.

Daryl Carter and Patrick Chisholm with Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc. represented the seller. William T. Snow II with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer.

- Daryl M. Carter, trustee of Carter-Gatlin Land Trust, sold a 0.52-acre parcel in St. Lucie County to G. Callas Holdings LLC for $225,000 cash. The parcel is on the south side of Gatlin Boulevard at Cahaly Road in Port St. Lucie.

Patrick Chisholm and Preston Hage with Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc. represented the seller. David Miles with Coldwell Banker Commercial Thomas J. White Realty represented the buyer.

- CB Richard Ellis and Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc. announced the sale of Southpointe Commons, a neighborhood shopping center on College Parkway in Fort Myers. The property was acquired by 5999 South Point LLC.

The CBRE Florida National Retail Investment Group exclusively represented the Chicago-based seller, which was a fund advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors. Daryl M. Carter and Orme Miller with Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc. represented the buyer, which was a family investment trust.

Anchored by a 44,270sf Publix grocery store, the 58,670sf shopping center features national and regional tenants including Blockbuster, GNC and Papa Johns.
