Southern Commercial closes 50,000sf lease

ORLANDO - Moses Salcido, SIOR, a principal of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC, an industrial and office brokerage, announced that Entertainment Retail Enterprises LLC signed a new multi-year 50,018sf lease at DCT Industrial’s Airport Distribution Center IV at 2437 E. Landstreet Road, Orlando. The tenant was represented by Lou Payas with USAA.
