Liberty Lodging opens 7th Value Place hotel

MAITLAND - Liberty Lodging LLC, the largest franchisee of the Value Place hotel brand, is planning to open its seventh Value Place in Central Florida and 23rd in eight states in the past 25 months.

The newest Value Place is a 121-room hotel at the 408 Expressway and Goldenrod Road interchange just two miles east of downtown Orlando. It is the 13th Value Place hotel to open in Florida for the Maitland-based company, an affiliate of Liberty Investment Properties.
