First Capital marks $2.3M office sale

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS - OFFICECO LLC bought the 21,234sf office building at 505 Maitland Ave. in Altamonte Springs for $2.375 million.

Chuck Mitchell and Trent Scott of First Capital Property Group Inc. represented the buyer, while Michael Calhoun of Maitland Realty Company represented the seller, Eula Scott LLC.

The building will become the new home of the law firm Wright, Fulford, Moorhead & Brown PA.
