ORLANDO - First Capital Property Group Inc. recently announced that Kendra M. Alves has earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). 8,800 CPMs worldwide manage $850 million in real estate investments.

Alves serves as regional manager for First Capital’s office and residential condominium portfolio. First Capital Property Group Inc. manages and leases more than 1.2 msf of commercial property in Central Florida.
