First Capital reports new leases

ORLANDO - Leasing agent John M. Parker of First Capital Property Group Inc. recently completed three new lease deals in the Orlando area:

- Community Education Partners, a leading nationwide charter school, has leased 11,000sf at the Apopka Square on Semoran Boulevard in Apopka.

- CLEANEVENT USA, an international cleaning and waste management service firm, signed a lease for 4,280sf at 975 Keller Road in Maitland.

- Jegg Dollar Store has leased a 1,400sf retail space at 1200 Simpson Road in Kissimmee.
