Danny Smith named top FL land Realtor

ORLANDO - Danny Smith, ALC, CCIM, of Exit Vision Realty, Wildwood, has been named the Florida Land Realtor of the Year. The award was presented during the National Association of Realtors Annual Convention by the Florida Chapter of RLI (Realtors Land Institute).

The award was based on faithfulness to the Realtors Code of Ethics and worthy real estate practice among fellow brokers and the general public, participation in RLI and other real estate and non-real estate groups, and dedication and promotion of professionalism in the field of land brokerage and land issues.

The Florida Chapter of RLI was formed around 1941 and was designated as Chapter No. 26 under its previous name The Farm & Land Institute of Florida. Designations were AFLM and AFLB for farm and land member and land broker.

The current designation - ALC or Accredited Land Consultant - is earned by only those land specialists who complete a rigorous education program and who achieve a high volume of successful land transactions.
