The Journal publishes announcements of upcoming meetings of real estate industry associations. To submit a meeting notice, send a press release to the editor. Please send notices at least one month prior to the date of the event. |

Transactions |
Recent transactions are published at no charge by Florida Real Estate Journal. In order to be considered for publication, the details of each transaction must be submitted on an individual Transaction Report Form. |
| Deals of Note |
The Deals of Note section is printed in paragraph form. Releases for this section should include: the names of the brokerage, agent, buyer/lessee, the value of the transaction, location and the figures associated with the deal (square feet, lease term, acreage, units in condo/apartment complex, etc.) All deals of note must be of at least $1 million in value (value must be listed). |
| Financings | Financings are also printed in paragraph form. If your company has either provided or arranged financing in excess of $1 million for a transaction (including refinancing), send us your release. |
